Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
No Global Privacy Control signal detected from this browser. You can still opt out using the options below.
What this means at Bearer Club
Apart from advertising measurement (below), the only way we may "sell" or "share" personal information, as the California Consumer Privacy Act defines those terms, is the Research Share program: prompts and outputs from keys you opted in will be used to accelerate AGI and supplied to top frontier labs for AGI purposes. Data from Private keys is never sold or shared.
When we advertise on Google or X, measuring sign-ups and purchases from those ads can also count as "sharing". We use HellYeah X-Ray (xray.hellyeahai.com) for it: it sees the pages you visit on bearer.club and any ad click identifier in the link, and when you create an account or buy a membership it is told that this happened and, for a purchase, the plan and the amount. We only do it for browsers that send neither a Global Privacy Control nor a Do Not Track signal, and we never report an account that was created while your browser sent either one.
We also count visits to our pages with Google Analytics 4, set up with Google signals and ad personalization off and without the advertising cookies. It is not loaded, and sets no cookie, when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or a Do Not Track signal.
Read the Data Sharing & Research Program and Privacy Policy.
How to opt out
- Global Privacy Control. Browsers that send a GPC signal are treated as opted out of sale and sharing.
- Member and Executive keys: switch each key to Private in your dashboard. It applies to future requests.
- Email us. Send an opt-out request and we'll apply it to your account.
Guest accounts
Research Share is a condition of the free Guest tier. If you opt out of sale or sharing (or send GPC), you can't keep using Guest keys. Instead, use Member or Executive keys with the Private policy.
[TODO(COUNSEL)] confirm how Guest opt-outs must be handled under the CCPA's non-discrimination rules.
